So whether you want a type of yoga that’s more spiritual or physical, pick one that interests you most, and stick with it.
2. Find a guide.
This is especially important when learning yoga for beginners. Be sure to have a yoga instructor who can guide as you learn yoga. Your guide can also help you find materials you will need.
3. Do yoga regularly.
Attend the sessions or yoga classes regularly as much as you can. It would be best if you can do it as often as possible, or at least twice a week.
4. Practice yoga at home.
The best thing with this singular form of exercise is that you can do it anywhere, that is, if you have mastered the basics and you can do it on your own. You can also ask your guide to teach you some yoga positions that you can safely do at home.

You can purchase books and learn yoga from your own reading. The Internet also offers you a plethora of information. A quick search on Google gives you a lot of great resources that you can look into. You can follow experts who are blogging about yoga, or you can start a blog on your own where you can share what you have learned so far, and invite others to share tips or bounce off ideas with them.
