How to Prevent High Blood Pressure

High Blood Pressure is a serious condition of a person that will lead to several problems such as kidney failure, coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke and etc.
Usually, blood pressure tends to rise if you are getting older but it can be prevented. However there maybe some medical problems that would lead to blood pressure rise such as chronic kidney disease, thyroid disease, and sleep apnea.

How to prevent High Blood Pressure?
  •  Follow a healthy eating plan which consists of green leafy vegetables, fruits and etc.
  • Exercise daily to loose weight if you are overweight
  • Play physical activity
  • Quit smoking
  • Maintain your healthy weight
These are just only few preventions. It's better to ask your doctor first.
